Debra,

Praise St. Jude, who hears and performs miracles on behalf of God through petition of prayer.

Praying for your Father's recovery, healing and strength.

Praying for you and your Mother and all there.

dearest db,

i'm sincerely touched by the wonderful news you've shared regarding your sister-in-law's condition. it is proof that God does answer a righteous and sincere prayer. you and your family remain in my thoughts. i'm sorry to hear that your father is not well, but remain hopeful that his health will improve. as i prepared to comment two passages came to mind. i hope you find comfort and peace in these words. *ss*

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." ~Philippians 4:6-7

"In this you greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ." ~1 Peter 1: 6-7

God bless you. *soft hugs and kisses*

db,

my heart aches for you at the loss of your dear sister in law "S". i second Zanny's motion. cancer does indeed suck and far too many succumb to that horrid disease.

i do rejoice in the mri news of your other sister in law "T". It is a testament that miracles do indeed happen!

i am also sorry to hear of your father's stroke. It seems you have had much on your plate of late, but i'm sure He has His own reasons for this, even if we do not understand them right now. i have learned over my many years that there really is a reason for everything that happens in our lives.

Please know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers, for recovery, for support, for guidance and for the strength it takes on a daily basis to care for those we love that are ill.
